107ProPilot and ProAerial Media, LLC are independent educational providers. They are not the Federal Aviation Administration and are not endorsed, sponsored, approved, or operated by the FAA.
Educational material, not an FAA publication
The training is educational exam preparation and operational-awareness material. It is not an official FAA publication.
FAA requirements control
FAA regulations, official publications, testing requirements, and current FAA guidance control if any course material differs from an official source. Learners are responsible for checking current FAA requirements and official materials.
No guarantees of outcome
The training does not guarantee an FAA passing score, certification, employment, business success, regulatory approval, or authorization to conduct a particular operation.
Practice tests and readiness are study tools
Practice-test scores and readiness recommendations are study tools. They are not predictions or official testing results.
Course completion and practice-test scores are internal educational records only. They are not FAA credentials or official testing results.
Part 107 completion does not issue a certificate
Completing the Part 107 course does not itself issue a Remote Pilot Certificate.
Visual Observer training
Visual Observer training is not an FAA certificate, rating, or endorsement, and it is not a substitute for required remote-pilot supervision or operational compliance.
